Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and meta888 ("meta888", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the platform accessible at https://meta888.cam ("Platform"). These Terms apply to all users of the Platform including visitors, registered account holders and any party transacting through the Platform.

By accessing, registering with, depositing funds into or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept any provision of these Terms, you must cease use of the Platform immediately and contact support to close any active account.

These Terms are published in English and this English version governs in all circumstances. This is an English-language platform designed for Malaysian adults. meta888 reserves the right to publish supplementary terms in relation to specific promotions, games or payment instruments; such supplementary terms are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms unless the context otherwise requires.

• "Account" means the personal account registered in the User's name on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the sum of real-money funds held in a User's Account, excluding bonus funds unless specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded subject to applicable wagering requirements and conditions.
• "Deposit" means a transfer of funds from a User to meta888 for the purpose of funding their Account.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before certain account actions are permitted.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary transaction currency of the Platform.
• "Platform" means the website, mobile interface and all related digital services operated under the meta888 brand.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before an associated withdrawal can be processed.
• "Withdrawal" means a transfer of available Balance from a User's Account to a verified payment instrument in the User's name.

Account Eligibility

To open and maintain an Account on meta888, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account. This requirement is strictly enforced. Users found to be under the minimum age will have their Account closed immediately and any Balance held will be subject to forfeiture in accordance with applicable policy.
• You are a natural person acting in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party or corporate entity.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located within, a jurisdiction in which access to online gaming is expressly prohibited under applicable law.
• You have not previously held an Account on the Platform that was closed for breach of these Terms, fraud or abuse.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion database that restricts access to gambling services.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer or close family member of any employee of meta888 or its affiliated entities.

Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same or different personal details — will be closed and any associated Balance may be forfeited.

During registration, you must supply accurate, current and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if any change occurs.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless an alternative currency has been expressly authorised for the User's Account. The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity.

• All payment instruments used must be registered in your own name. Third-party payments — including payments from friends, family members or shared accounts — are strictly prohibited.
• Supported Malaysian payment methods currently include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and Hong Leong bank transfer. Available methods may change; the current list is shown within the Account area.
• Cryptocurrency deposits via BTC, ETH, USDT and other approved digital assets are permitted on eligible accounts. The correct network must be selected before transfer; incorrect network selection may result in permanent loss for which meta888 accepts no liability.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Account area and may vary by payment method and account tier.
• Processing windows stated in the Payment Methods Guide are target ranges, not guaranteed completion times. Bank maintenance, compliance review, KYC requirements and high transaction volume can extend processing beyond stated ranges.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to a verified payment instrument in the User's own name. meta888 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal.
• Where applicable wagering requirements are not yet satisfied, a withdrawal of Bonus Funds or winnings attributable to Bonus Funds is not permitted until those requirements have been met.

Bonuses & Promotions

meta888 offers promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback arrangements, crypto deposit bonuses and the migration bonus programme. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published at the time of the offer; those specific terms supplement these general Terms.

• Acceptance of any bonus is voluntary. Review all conditions — including wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds, maximum stake per wager, expiry date and withdrawal cap — before opting in.
• Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, wagering requirements apply to Bonus Funds only and must be completed before Bonus Funds or related winnings can be withdrawn.
• Maximum bet limits apply while Bonus Funds are active. Placing a wager above the permitted threshold during a bonus cycle may result in forfeiture of the bonus and related winnings.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, per household address and per payment instrument.
• meta888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time, with any active bonus at the time of cancellation settled according to the terms in effect when the offer was accepted.
• Evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to pattern wagering, use of excluded games to generate low-risk turnover, or collusion between accounts — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to Account suspension.

Gameplay Rules

All games and sporting markets available on meta888 are governed by the rules published within the relevant game or market interface. Users are responsible for reading applicable rules before participating.

• Bets placed via erroneous or misquoted odds may be voided by meta888 at its reasonable discretion.
• Results of random number generator (RNG) games are final and binding once the game round is concluded and a result displayed.
• Sports bet settlement follows the rules of the relevant market. Results are based on official sources; where no official result is available within a specified window, bets may be voided.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, the outcome may be determined by the last recorded server state. meta888 will communicate resolution procedures in such instances.
• Mix Parlay and accumulator bets are accepted on eligible markets at the User's discretion. Each additional selection increases total risk; meta888 makes no representation about the probability of any combination.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading registration information, including name, date of birth or payment instrument ownership.
• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using another person's identity, payment credentials or account details.
• Participating in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage exploitation or coordinated bonus abuse.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other users.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the Platform or reverse-engineer any part of the software or security infrastructure.
• Processing payments for third parties or using the Platform as a mechanism for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Threatening, harassing or engaging in abusive conduct toward meta888 support staff or other users.

Responsible Gambling

meta888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The following principles and tools form a mandatory part of the Platform's operating standards, not optional features.

• Age restriction: No person under 21 years of age may hold an Account or participate in any activity on the Platform.
• Deposit limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits via the Account settings. Once reduced, a lower limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Users may set a maximum loss threshold per defined period. When the threshold is reached, further wagering activity is suspended until the period resets.
• Session reminders: Users may activate time-based alerts to monitor session duration and encourage regular breaks.
• Self-exclusion: Any user may request self-exclusion for a defined period or indefinitely by contacting support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one business day. During self-exclusion, the Account is suspended and re-registration is blocked.
• Reality check: Users are encouraged to keep a personal record of deposits, withdrawals and net gaming activity to maintain an accurate picture of spending.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game assets, software, data compilations and the overall arrangement of content — is the property of meta888 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly perform, reverse engineer or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without prior written authorisation from meta888.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, meta888, its directors, officers, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from or in connection with use of the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses arising from delays, errors or interruptions in payment processing by third-party providers including Malaysian e-wallet operators, banks and FPX network participants.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Losses attributable to telecommunications or internet service failure outside meta888's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Account Suspension & Closure

meta888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any Account at its reasonable discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or other financial crime.
• Instruction from a competent regulatory or law-enforcement authority.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months, subject to applicable dormancy procedures.

Where an Account is closed for breach of these Terms, any Balance attributable to abuse, fraud or prohibited conduct may be forfeited. Where closure occurs for any other reason, the verified Balance net of any outstanding wagering requirements will be returned to the User's last verified payment instrument within a reasonable timeframe.

Users may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure does not exempt the User from outstanding obligations under these Terms.

Amendments to These Terms

meta888 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address held on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Non-material clarifications may be updated without individual notification.

The version of these Terms in effect at the time of a relevant transaction or activity governs that transaction or activity. The most recent version is always accessible on this page. Continued use of the Platform following publication of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and notify support of Account closure before the effective date of the amendment.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction of the operator's registration. Nothing in this clause limits any consumer-protection rights you may hold under Malaysian law as a Malaysian resident.

In the event of a dispute between you and meta888, you should first contact support at [email protected] with a detailed written description of your concern. meta888 will acknowledge receipt within two business days and aim to resolve complaints within ten business days of acknowledgement.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved directly, you may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body as notified by meta888 in the acknowledgement communication. Any unresolved matter is subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable arbitration body.
